By booking a session, using our contact form, or otherwise engaging with Northbound Outreach ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Northbound Outreach provides personal and executive coaching services intended to support clarity, confidence, and goal achievement. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or legal or financial advice, and should not be used as a substitute for professional care in those areas.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
Sessions are scheduled in advance. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be forfeited or subject to a fee, at our discretion.
4. Payment
Fees for paid sessions and coaching plans are as described on our Services page or as otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is due prior to or at the time of each session unless another arrangement has been made.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Coaching outcomes depend on your own effort, circumstances, and participation. We do not guarantee any specific result, financial or otherwise, from our coaching services.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, communicate openly, and take an active role in your coaching engagement. You are responsible for decisions you make in your personal or professional life, including those made during or after coaching.
7. Confidentiality
We treat what you share during coaching sessions as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northbound Outreach is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and materials shared during coaching, is the property of Northbound Outreach and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
